An OpusClip alternative: Clipkiln
Updated 22 October 2026. Prices checked that day from each company's own pricing page.
If you are comparing AI clipping tools, this page sets out what Clipkiln does and what it costs, next to OpusClip's published prices, so you can decide which suits how you work.
What Clipkiln does
- Finds the moments. Upload a video or paste a YouTube link (Twitch on Base and Pro). Clipkiln transcribes it, picks the moments worth posting and gives each one a virality score.
- Cuts them to vertical 9:16 with automatic captions you can correct word by word.
- Edits before export: trim, captions, sound effects, speed changes (Base and Pro) and compilations of several clips under one title (Base and Pro).
- Clips live streams on Base and Pro, while the stream is still running.
- Automation on Pro: watch a YouTube or Twitch channel and clip each new upload, or post on a schedule.
- Posts or schedules clips to your connected accounts, or you download them. TikTok posts, including automated ones, may arrive as drafts for you to publish; posting to TikTok needs Base or Pro from 27 October 2026.
